Chuck Milem - Head Coach

Coach Milem is entering into his 10th year as the head football coach. Coach Milem graduated from Augustana College in 2005 and received his masters in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University in 2014. Coach Milem currently teaches American History and Geography at Erie High School.

Damian Demay - Offensive Line

Coach Demay has coached for the Panthers for 16 years and has been the offensive line coach and offensive coordinator for the past 10 years. Coach Demay graduated from Western Il University for his undergraduate and masters degree. He currently teaches P.E. and health at the junior high in Prophetstown for the past 16 years.

Mike Chance - H-Backs/OLB's/Special Teams

Coach Chance has taught and coached football for over 20 years! In his first year he taught and coached football for Tampico, as a part of the Tampico / Prophetstown co-op. For the past 10 years Coach Chance has been in charge of special teams and outside linebackers. He also coordinates the defense for the Sophomores. Coach Chance graduated from Illinois State University, has two masters degrees, and currently teaches P.E. and Drivers Ed. at Prophetstown High School. 

Lukas Jepson - Freshmen, DB's

Coach Jepson is in his 3rd year as the Freshmen Football coach for the Panthers. He graduated from Western Illinois University and teaches Social Studies at Prophetstown High School. 

Derek Ward - Volunteer Assistant, Split Ends, LB's

Coach Ward is in his second year volunteering for the Panthers. Coach Ward currently works for the Village of Erie and enjoys his time coaching split ends and linebackers

Chase Milem - Volunteer Assistant

Other Coach Milem has volunteered with the Panthers for the past 10 years and graduated from Western Illinois University. He works for John Deere and travels a great deal. However, when he is available he dedicates his time to the Panthers.
