Summer Schedules

Weight Room: Mon/Tues/Thurs. 6:30-9:15 a.m. 

First Day of lifting is Thursday June 1st - MAX DAY!  

  • Weight Room Schedule: Mon. Tues. Thurs. 6:30-9:30 a.m.

    • 6:15 a.m. - bus leaves Prophetstown​

    • 6:30-7:00 a.m. - Stretching & Speed / Agility Drills on Practice Field

    • 7:00-8:00 a.m. - Varsity on practice field / FS in the weight room

    • 8:00 - 8:15 a.m. - F/S & Varsity transition

    • 8:15 - 9:15 a.m. - Finish weights and on-field work

    • 9:30 a.m. Bus returns to Prophetstown

Wednesday May 31st - Erie Annex Locker room 

  • 8:00-8:30 a.m. - Seniors 

  • 8:30-9:00 a.m. - Juniors

  • 9:00-9:30 a.m. - Sophomores

  • 9:30-10:00 a.m. - Freshmen
