6:30-7:00 a.m. - Stretching & Speed / Agility Drills on Practice Field

7:00-8:00 a.m. - Varsity on practice field / FS in the weight room

8:00 - 8:15 a.m. - F/S & Varsity transition

8:15 - 9:15 a.m. - Finish weights and on-field work

9:30 a.m. Bus returns to Prophetstown
